Myf was born and grew up in Sydney Australia, sharing a great outdoor childhood with her older sister Sam and younger brother Sean. After completing her university studies, Myf headed to the UK to experience life outside of Australia and started her career in tobacco in 1991, as a graduate trainee for Rothmans UK, based in Aylesbury Bucks.

As part of her first job, Myf moved to Moscow for 2 years where she worked in the Russian operation for Rothmans International. After working in tobacco for 5 years, Myf moved into a completely different career and took on a Senior Brand Manager role for Schwarkopf & Henkel, the German haircare and personal care manufacturer where she was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2001.

Myf then returned back home to Sydney in 2003 where she joined Nestle Australia as Group Marketing Manager in the confectionery division. This was then followed by 12 months heading up marketing for the Food Division for Nestle New Zealand, based in Auckland.

Once again Myf found herself back in Sydney and joined Westfield Australia Ltd as Category Manager for the Fashion category. A brilliant 2 years was spent in Sydney with Westfield before be asked to transfer to the UK to take on the role of GM Marketing for Westfield UK, a role she relishes and loves.
